Who is the biggest RINO in Pennsylvania?

I'm starting the new year by taking a poll.

I'd like to know who you consider to be the biggest RINO (Republican In Name Only) in Pennsylvania.

The nominees are:

Jim Matthews, the turncoat Montgomery County Commissioner who has decided to form an alliance with a liberal Democrat despite the fact that two Republicans were the top vote-getters in last Novembers election.

Rep. John Perzel, the former Speaker of the Pennsylvania House who helped Gov. Ed Rendell achieve most of his agenda during Rendell's first term. Perzel is a Republican from Philadelphia.

Rep. Dennis O'Brien, the current Speaker of the Pennsylvania House, who was elected to his post by Democrats in 2006. O'Brien is also a Republican from Philadelphia.

Sen. Arlen Specter. The senior Senator from Pennsylvania who usually votes the same way as Sen. Bob Casey, the junior Senator from Pennsylvania. Specter is a registered Republican. Casey is a registered Democrat.

Cast your ballot in the poll at the upper left-hand corner and check back in a few days for the results.
