I was expecting a slowdown in traffic with vacation season and the Fourth of July holiday, but my site counter keeps spinning.
I've recorded another 1,000 unique visitors in the past week, bringing the total to 24,000 in the past 8 months.
I'd like to thank Gov. Ed Rendell for his ill-fated powerplay on the state budget. I'm sure that brought a lot of visitors to my site for some insight on what is going in in Harrisburg.
Thanks to everyone for checking in. Unlike the governor and legislators, who will be taking most of the summer off, I'll be toiling away like the rest of you.
