Obama Justice Dept. Now Calls Young Criminals 'Justice-Involved Youth'

"Orwellian" is an adjective describing a situation, idea, or societal condition that George Orwell identified as being destructive to the welfare of a free and open society. -- Wikipedia

A scathing editorial in Investor's Business Daily about the Obama Administration's inability to deal with real problems, so Obama and his minions come up with Orwellian terms to avoid confronting the issue.

The latest example? Labeling future career criminals "Justice-Involved Youth."

From the editorial:
One of the first things Obama did as president was relabel the "war on terror" as an "overseas contingency operation," which can literally mean anything, so long as the operation takes place overseas and is contingent on something.
Then there were ObamaCare's much-hated insurance mandate penalties, which were rechristened as "individual shared responsibility payments." Who could object to that?
The problem is Obama’s people aren't aggressive enough in their renaming project. So, as a public service, we offer our help.
Those committing voter fraud could be termed "abundantly enthusiastic political participants."
Looters? How about "non-banked retail consumers."
Ex-convicts? Try "returning citizens."
What about illegal immigrants? A better label would be "undocumented workers." Oh, right, that's already in use.

Lifelong Democrat Paglia Blasts Hillary Cult

Paglia Blasts Hillary Cult:
As independent a thinker as she is, no one would accuse Camille Paglia of being an enemy of the Democratic Party. But Thursday in a column for the left-wing online publication Salon, Paglia let loose on Hillary Clinton and the cult she says has built up around the Dem frontrunner:

D.C., Chicago, and Baltimore Account For Majority of Rise in Murders Last Year

Three Democratic-run cities account for most of the murders in the U.S. Maybe the crime rate would go down if people stopped voting for Democrats? It's worth a try.

Column: Hillary Clinton's history of deception catches up to her

Lying is second-nature to Democrat Hillary Clinton. A must-read column about Hillary Clinton's inability to tell the truth:
Since 1998 Clinton has blamed her poor reputation on the vast right-wing conspiracy. Whitewater, Travel Gate, File Gate, the health care disaster — it was all the fault of the Republicans. What’s forgotten is that Clinton has been lying in the service of her ambitions — most notably by protecting her husband from the truth of his infidelities — since long before Bill ran for president. Nor can she blame conservatives for her failure to win the Democratic nomination eight years ago. Hillary can’t help being secretive and deceptive. It’s her nature.

The American Action Forum analysis provided to Secrets found that the IRS with its 1,599 forms isn't even the biggest paperwork abuser.
Author Sam Batkins found that the Department of Health and Human Services has 5,005 forms, 34 percent more than the next closest agency, the Agriculture Department.

New York Observer Endorses Donald Trump for President

Another New York newspaper is urging Diamond State Republicans to vote for Donald Trump in Tuesday's GOP Primary, saying Trump has given "millions of disillusioned Americans a renewed sense of purpose and opportunity."

From the endorsement editorial published in the New York Observer:
The media and cultural elite's inability to grasp the profound alienation, anger and disillusionment of millions of Americans has fueled Mr. Trump's popularity. The media's enthusiastic embrace of the Obama narrative — that America should be willing to accept a dimmer future — has blinded it to the appeal of the Trump candidacy, and of an alternative, more compelling narrative.

New York Post Endorses Trump For President

Donald Trump has scored a key endorsement on the eve of the New York primary.

What? You were expecting The New York Times?

From an endorsement editorial published in the New York Post:
Trump is now an imperfect messenger carrying a vital message. But he reflects the best of "New York values" — and offers the best hope for all Americans who rightly feel betrayed by the political class.
He has the potential — the skills, the know-how, the values — to live up to his campaign slogan: to make America great again.
For those reasons, The Post today endorses Donald Trump in the GOP primary.

Will Wisconsin be Trump's Waterloo?

Pundit Salena Zito on why Donald Trump may lose Wisconsin on Tuesday - and any momentum he may have had toward winning the Republican nomination:
If Donald Trump loses Wisconsin's primary on Tuesday, it will not be because of the uproar over his comments about Ted Cruz's wife, Heidi. Or his reaction to the confrontation with a female reporter that led to an arrest summons for his campaign manager. Or even his suggestion that women who get abortions should face “some form of punishment” if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
Instead, it will be his misunderstanding of Badger State conservatives' deep relationship with their elected officials, one that does not take well to outsiders trying to divide them from the people they worked so hard to put and keep in office.
