GOP Grinches Set Up Massive Pre-Christmas Tax Hike in Pa.

Twenty-one Republicans in the Pennsylvania House joined with Democrats this week to set up a massive tax hike (up to $1.8 billion?) right before Christmas. Who are these Grinches?
