Pennsylvania House votes down Gov. Wolf's tax plan by 193-0 margin

To say that Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf's plans to raise taxes in Pennsylvania laid an egg would be an understatement. Not a single member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, including members of Wolf's own party, cast a positive vote for Wolf's massive $30 billion-plus spending plan, which raises taxes by $4.7 billion. After five months in office, Wolf is reminding voters that Tom Corbett wasn't such a bad governor after all.
