Law enforcement blasts Pa. Gov. Wolf death penalty moratorium

Law enforcement officials, state legislators and families of crime victims gathered in Harrisburg today to protest Democratic PA Gov. Tom Governor's executive action to put a moratorium on the state's death penalty. The event included both Democrats and Republicans.
