Study: Obamacare could tax Berks County down the line

Mike Urban of he Reading Eagle has a fascinating story today about how Obamacare will end up screwing Berks County workers, many of whom are Democrats who supported Obama:

Berks County will pay an additional $25 million in Obamacare taxes from 2018 to 2022 unless it reduces the level of health care coverage given to its employees, according to a consultant's study.
