26 states challenge legality of Obamacare

Six more states have joined the court fight to overturn Obamacare, according to Politico.com, bringing the total of states challenging the constitutionality of the bill to 26.

From Politico:

"It sends a strong message that more than half of the states consider the health care law unconstitutional and are willing to fight it in court," said Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. "I look forward to continuing to defend Florida's families and businesses against this unconstitutional law and upholding the Constitution."
