Rasmussen: 5 Senate seats in play for majority

Rasmussen Reports says the Senate Balance of Power three weeks before the election shapes up like this: Democrats 48 seats, GOP 47 seats and Toss-Ups 5 seats.

The five contested races are California, Illinois, Nevada, Washington and West Virginia.

Republicans could take the majority depending on the five toss-up races.
