Has it been nine years since the infamous pay raise of 2005? Has anything really changed in the way the Pennsylvania Legislature does business? Pennsylvania's part-time lawmakers are among the highest paid in the country and they receive automatic pay raises every Dec. 1 under a law they passed after they repealed the infamous pay raise vote of 2005.
