For a former Constitutional law professor, it appears Barack Obama has never actually read the US Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights.
He's already got the NSA, FBI and IRS spying or harassing his political enemies. Now he's found another unconstitutional way to use a federal agency to monitor news gathering.
