Despite the valiant 13-hour filibuster by Sen. Rand Paul, you knew Obama's nomination of radical John O. Brennan as CIA director was going to pass the Democratic-controlled Senate.
The vote came after Attorney General Eric Holder sent a letter to Sen. Paul stating the Obama Administration does not believe it is legal to use drones to kill non-combatant Americans on U.S. soil.
