State-by-State Analysis of Waxman-Markey Cap and Trade Legislation Paints Dour Picture for Nation's Economy

Pennsylvania would be among the hardest-hit states if the Democrats' Cap-and-Trade energy tax bill passes the Senate, according to a new study prepared by the American Council for Capital Formation and the National Association of Manufacturers.

Pennsylvania is 11th out of 50 states in terms of negative impact on jobs and taxes.
