Rep. Sam Rohrer on state budget: 'What's Really at Stake?'
State Rep. Sam Rohrer, Republican chairman of the House Finance Committee, has released the first in a series of videos where he will lay out the facts underlying the ongoing budget stalemate between Gov. Ed Rendell and the General Assembly.

This is excellent and last year's budget was a phony. It was not balanced and everyone knew it.
Excellent point, Bob. I have no sympathy for Ed Rendell and his lapdog Democrats because they knew in July 2008 that the 2008-09 General Fund budget was going to end up with a huge deficit. They spent the money anyway and created the current fiscal mess. Now they want to repeat the mistake.
