Illegal aliens working at county courthouse?

A company hired to provide janitorial services to the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown was the target of a raid by immigration officials.

ABM Industries Inc. employed at least 42 illegal aliens, some of whom routinely cleaned the Montgomery County Courthouse.

"This is just embarrassing, with many members of the public thinking we employed these people," Commissioner Bruce L. Castor Jr. told reporter Margaret Gibbons. "We should just be able to say to ABM that if you send us people who are illegal, you no longer work for us."

Despite the revelations, the Montgomery County Commissioners have decided to retain their $251,000 annual contract with ABM to clean the county building.

What gives?
