'Had enough of what is probably the most corrupt state government in America?'

A terrific guest column, "Pennsylvania Can and Must Do Much Better," by reformer Tim Potts posted at The Commonwealth Foundation's Web site.

Potts chronicles the shortcomings of all three branches of state government -- executive, legislative and judicial -- and asks the question, "Have you had enough of what is probably the most corrupt state government in America?"

The founder of DemocracyRisingPA is urging Pennsylvania residents to "reclaim our government" by demanding a constitutional convention.
