I'd like to thank the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce for inviting me to speak at its November meeting on Thursday. The Chamber covers Montgomery, Chester and Berks counties.
Special thanks to Chamber President Dale Mahle and the wonderful Chamber staff for organizing an excellent event. It made getting up before the sun worth it. Also thanks to David Leinbach, who heads the Chamber's legislative affairs committee.
My message to the Chamber was that the business community, which has so much invested in Pennsylvania, must take the lead in reforming state government. You can read a roundup of my talk to the Chamber in today's edition of The Mercury.
