Russ Diamond vs. The Political Class

Russ Diamond's recent op-ed responding to critics of the PACleanSweep effort to oust state judges is worth reading.

It cuts to the heart of the struggle in Pennsylvania between the people and the political aristocracy (including judges) who are failing to represent the people who elected them or in the case of the judges, neglecting their duty to uphold the Pennsylvania Constitution.

You can also read Terry Madonna's and Michael Young's defense of the political class, "First, We Kill All The Judges" at The Mercury's Web site.
