Whatever happened to a real stimulus package?

"When President Obama first talked of a 'stimulus' he insisted it be a bipartisan plan to create jobs. What resulted was a wasteful package that is full of more pork then a pig farm and more payoffs than an Illinois Governor's office," says Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council. "All this bill will do is greatly enlarge government programs and waste while pushing the U.S. economy and American families deeper into debt."

You have to wonder about the "stimulus" bill making its way through Congress when only three Republicans in the entire House and Senate are supporting it.

What about the 58 million Americans who voted for John McCain? Don't they get a say?
