The answer is yes
Policy Blog, an always informative and frequently entertaining site affiliated with the Commonwealth Foundation, asks the question, "Is Pennsylvania Government the Worst?"
I'm not surprised, frankly. I spent the first 18 years of my life in Pennsylvania, in Lewisburg, and the state seems unable to get a grasp on a clean, secure, efficient system of government.
I'm going to rebut that by saying New Jersey's is worse, only because the Feds have exposed the rampant corruption going on with the Democrats in North Jersey.
When the Feds bust Fast Eddie and Co for something worse than eating a cheesesteak at Pat's, then I'll agree, Tony.
