Americans who consider themselves conservatives, Libertarians or Republicans are considered potential threats to the government of the United States by the Obama Administration. But Barack Obama meeting with Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez, an avowed communist who has repeatedly denounced the U.S., is not considered a threat to the U.S. government.
