You just can't kill some government bureaucracies.
Even after the Pennsylvania Legislature pulled funding for the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council, Gov. Ed Rendell issued an executive order today resurrecting the agency, which went out of business on June 30.
The repreive could be temporary. There are many in the Legislature who believe the agency only adds to the health care bureacracy that is driving up costs.
