New chairman of the National Governors Association? Where does Ed Rendell find the time to do so much?
Obviously, the people who voted for Rendell did not take a good lock at his record in Pennsylvania: Higher taxes, deeper debt, uncontrolled spending.
With those credentials, Rendell should fit right in under President Obama.
