It's official. Another key member of the Rendell Administration has abandoned ship.
DEP Secretary Kathleen A. McGinty is the latest top Rendell aide to announce she's leaving for green pastures.
By most accounts, McGinty did a good job of overseeing the massive DEP bureaucracy.
