If you're struggling to fill out your tax forms as April 15 approaches, a Pennsylvania Congressman is proposing the elimination of all federal income taxes for individuals and corporations.
There is a catch in the plan offered by Rep. Chaka Fattah, D-Philadelphia: The tax code would be replaced with a fee on transactions over $500.
But hey, anything is better than filling out those forms.
