New boss for PA Gaming Control Board

Kevin O'Toole is the new Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

O'Toole is currently a Commissioner on the Oneida Indian Nation Gaming Commission of New York and formerly a Deputy Attorney General with New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement.

He has 28 years experience in gaming oversight and Lord knows, Pennsylvania's fledgling gambling industry needs more oversight.
