Democrats up to their old tricks

A rash of campaign sign thefts has been reported in Berks and Chester counties. And this is a shocker. Most of the stolen signs were supporting Republican candidates. I wonder who the prime suspects are.

Make sure you report sign thefts to your local police department. It's clear Democrats can't be shamed into respecting other people's property. Maybe a few arrests will get them to stop stealing signs. This letter to the editor published in The Mercury sums it up pretty well.
Stealing lawn signs is a crime

It's election time again and citizens are expressing their first-amendment rights via yard signs. Unfortunately, some fellow citizens cruise around after dark and steal or destroy these signs. They apparently believe the Constitution is wrong-headed. They feel they have the right to steal personal property, to trespass, to harass, to annoy.

Perhaps these small-minded people don't realize that they are breaking the law and can be arrested and prosecuted. Now they know. Be forewarned!
