Tony, here you can check out some photos taken by ordinary folks right there

found this comment of interest in one of the photos:

So, why are they cleaning up before insurance claim adjusters get there? Can they do this on something being investigated? Why did they show the Conshohcken Borough President or whomever on TV at a press conference stalling on letting reporters see permits and documents related to this project? See this too:

wasn't this the development that o'neill sued conshy over having to do with parking spaces or whatever?

And then this one

Since I was not involved in any way with the operations, I can only speculate.

I am sure they were concerned with the building collapsing. There really isn't anything to investigate in the completed buildings. The initial photos and reports stated the fire started in the construction site.

I am sure insurance companies know this is a case of total devastation.

I heard about the news people were asking about permits and such once they couldn't exploit the residents as victims anymore since they weren't as many in the same place. I didn't watch the news that day though. I will say the news people on the scene were fairly cordial to the emergency workers.

The local businesses deserve kudos for providing food and drink to the workers on the scene. Most importantly no human lives were lost in the incident

The thing is this, how does what happened here in COnshy, play into plans described here:

And if the leases these burned out tenants signed required they show proof of insurance to live there, doesn't that reduce owner liability and their ability for some forms of legal recourse?

Do you think people will look into FINALLY and FOR REAL how business is done in Conshohocken?
