Newspaper: Move quickly on ACORN fraud probe

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review says in an editorial today that time is running out of the FBI to complete its investigation of widespread voter registration fraud linked to the pro-Obama group ACORN.

From the editorial:
The FBI is looking at results of recent raids on ACORN offices in Nevada, Connecticut, Missouri and at least five other states for evidence of a coordinated national racket. Ohio and North Carolina also are taking a much closer look at ACORN's voter forms.

Myriad ACORN-backed Pennsylvania voter-registration drives are under review, including scores locally.

ACORN concedes that some of its workers might have turned in copies of voter registration applications or provided fake information in order to be paid more.

If people even suspect that an election was rigged, the integrity of the election process is dirtied. That's why the FBI must act swiftly.

And if ACORN has corrupted the registration process, the courts should show no mercy.

Tony,

I can tell you it goes beyond ACORN workers, but career pen pushers in government offices encouraging voter fraud.

I live in York County, and right now their Domestic Relations Office is registering the kids that go in and out of that office with their parent(s). I should know as my kids ages 6, 3, and 1 were actually in the system to vote, and I mean in the system where they were in the book to sign at the polls.

Now this should not come as a shock since we all know government offices be it federal, state, or local are infested with leftists, and more in likely do some side work for ACORN, but remember ACORN is very much like a similar group in Venezuela that elected Hugo Chavez and began an era of communist reign in that region.

This will be a battle that will go on for quite a few years until it gets under control, but the big question would be is if our country as we know it will survive that long?

McCain, the president and the Republicans should demand a delay of the election until voter fraud is investigated and the people responsible are found. These ACORN and other groups have been getting away with voter registration and voter fraud for better than 10 years and nothing serious has been done about it. The Repubs better get some spine! If they don't, they will cease to exist as a viable party. Ed.
