Democrat charged in hacking of Sarah Palin's e-mail

The son of a Tennessee Democratic Party official is facing a federal indictment for hacking into Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's e-mail account.

Just another example of the dirty tricks Democrats are using during this election cycle.

If convicted, David C. Kernell faces up to five years in jail and a $250,000 fine.
