Libertarian Party fields candidates in PA

Here's Libertarian Party slate for the Nov. 4 election in Pennsylvania:

Marakay Rogers, a lawyer from York, will run for state attorney general on the Libertarian Party ticket. She will compete against Republican incumbent Tom Corbett and Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli, the Democratic nominee.

Berlie Etzel of Clarion County, a retired educator, will run for state Treasurer for the Libertarian Party. The Democratic Party candidate is Rob McCord, a retired venture capitalist from Montgomery County. The Republican candidate is Tom Ellis, a former Montgomery County Commissioner and a partner in the Public Finance Department of the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews and Ingersoll, LLP.

Betsy Summers of Wilkes-Barre is the Libertarian Party candidate for Auditor General. She faces incumbent Democrat Jack Wagner and Republican challenger Chet Beiler, a Lancaster County businessman.

For President, Bob Barr, the former Republican congressman from Georgia, will be on the ballot next to Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain. Ralph Nader is also running as an independent.
