House Republicans stand their ground

Nancy Pelosi and her Do-Nothing Democrats stumbled over each other trying to leave Capitol Hill to begin their five-week summer vacation.

House Republicans stayed behind demanding action on the nation's energy crisis.

Voters can give Pelosi and her Democratic doormats a permanent vacation on Nov. 4.

While Americans continue to struggle to pay nearly $4/gallon gas, Speaker Pelosi will be on a book tour to promote her recently-released memoir (currently ranked #1,345 on Amazon). Pelosi, who's purportedly worth more than $25 million, must be striving to make even more (though those Amazon figures don't seem to portend riches).

On Tuesday, August 5, at 7 PM, she will be at the Free Library of Philadelphia (Central Library), Montgomery Auditorium, 1901 Vine St., Philadelphia, PA 19103. (Their number is 215-567-4341).

If you're in the area, there will be a protest against sky-high gas prices, Speaker Pelosi, and her Do-Nothing Democrats. Protesters will begin assembling around 6:30 PM, outside of the library. See you there!
