The National Safety Council's "Death by Cell Phone" billboards have begun to appear in 67 markets nationwide, reaching more than 1 million people daily, according to the council.
The billboard campaign corresponds to a new Web site, www.deathbycellphone.org
Cell phone-using drivers are four times more likely to be involved in personal injury crashes than other drivers, the council says.
