Worker coalition opposes move to end secret union ballots

The Coalition for a Democratic Workplace has launched a new advertising campaign to highlight the economic impact of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), a Democratic Party-sponsored plan to force unions on American companies.

"The Employee Free Choice Act is a job-killer that will add more instability to our economy," Brian Worth of the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace said in a written release. "Protecting worker privacy and giving employers contract flexibility are especially critical given the current fiscal challenges our country faces."
