Assault on Christmas begins earlier every year

From Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council:

O Come, All Ye Unfaithful

Atheists in Washington, D.C. are hoping to drive their secular point home on the side of 200 metro buses this Christmas. In a new ad campaign that challenges faith, the American Humanist Association (AHA) says, "Why believe in a god? Just be good for goodness' sake."

The AHA is using the holiday season to suggest that morality can exist without religion. "Our reason for doing it during the holidays is there are an awful lot of agnostics, atheists and other types of non-theists who feel a little alone during the holidays because of its association with traditional religion," said Fred Edwords.

But they face a big challenge persuading most Americans, 92 percent of whom told Pew Research that they believe in God. The man for whom the federal city is named warned Americans in his farewell address to the nation in 1796 against those who would suggest "that morality can be maintained without religion ... reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."

They are living proof that they are wrong!

Understanding that the Christmas holiday has been born of religion, namely the birth of my lord and savior, Jesus Christ, is fundamental here.

Let's face facts, most people who profess to be atheists think they're smarter than the rank and file Christian. What they're too "smart" to realize is, maybe their depression and "alone-ness" is due to the very fact that they do not celebrate any religious based holiday, therefore do not enjoy the fellowship of man during the most holy of holy seasons.

Remember...the root of "holiday" is "Holy-day". There could be no joy without G-d in my life and atheists, I know that the G-d that you refuse to believe in loves you, and I do, too.

Happy "Holy-Days".

I guess we can expect every atheist to be up bright and early Christmas morning to go to work. No, they would rather leach off our holiday, getting paid to stay home and then ridicule us for celebrating it. I say, SHUT UP, GO TO WORK and LEAVE US ALONE!!
