When was Tom Ridge governor of NJ?

MSNBC, the low-rated, left-leaning cable news channel, bills itself as "The Place for Politics." It's the home of loudmouth windbags like Chris Matthews and Keith Olberman, the one-time sportscaster who has become a darling of the far-left with his foaming-at-the- mouth attacks on conservatives.

During MSNBC's Thursday night's Republican National Convention coverage, the network interviewed former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge.

How did "The Place for Politics" identify Ridge during the interview? The title under Ridge's name was: "Former Governor of N.J."

That says a lot about how much MSNBC knows about politics.
