No. As a Non smoker I agree with the smoking ban and I dont agree with infringing on the rights of an individual if they are not effecting the public as a whole. When a smoker is in his/her own home or car they are not forcing anything on us. If they should choose to smoke then let them, just not around people who dont have a choice wheather or not to breathe it in. We should leave it at this and thats it.
