McCain office opening in Montco

A McCain campaign office is expected to open its doors in Lansdale this week, according to The Lansdale Reporter.

Republican Party officials expect to open a campaign office for presidential nominee John McCain and state Rep. Robert Godshall at 322 W. Main St, by the end of the week, according to a spokesman for Godshall, the newspaper reports.

Both campaigns are currently procuring volunteers to man the office, according to Iannozzi. The facility would provide a place for local Republicans to congregate and to help McCain, a senator from Arizona, handle voter questions and help Godshall, who has represented the 53rd legislative district since 1983, to better serve his constituents.
