Reformers will mark 2-year anniversary of Pennsylvania pay raise

Has it been two years since the pay raise? Where did the time go? In case you forgot where you were on July 7, 2005, when the Pennsylvania Legislature stayed up until 2 a.m. to vote itself pay raises of up to 54 percent, our friendly neighborhood reform coalition plans to remind everyone about the "day that will live in political infamy" in Pennsylvania history and what steps our elected representatives have taken to mend their evil ways.

Here's an announcement about Thursday's press conference:

Coalition Announces Press Briefing

(Harrisburg, Pa.) - At 11:00 am on Thursday July 5, 2007, in the Capitol
Rotunda members of the reform coalition* will will gather to brief the media and
the public on the progress of “reform.” The following speakers will be featured:
