Texas Gov. Rick Perry signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge on Thursday, providing a written commitment to Texas taxpayers to "oppose and veto any and all efforts to increase taxes."
Too bad we can't get Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell to support a similar measure.
