Just in case you weren't sure the four Democratic candidates for Pennsylvania governor stood on Obamacare, the Republican Party of Pennsylvania has issued a press release reminding voters that Joe Hoeffel, Dan Onorato, Jack Wagner and Anthony Whilliams support ObamaCare.Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement:
"Despite numerous polls showing Pennsylvanians expressing their strong disapproval of the health care legislation that was pushed through Congress late Sunday night, Pennsylvania Democratic gubernatorial candidates Joe Hoeffel, Dan Onorato, Jack Wagner and Tony Williams showed just how out-of-touch they were with hardworking Pennsylvanians by voicing their strong endorsement of the Obama-Pelosi health care bill that will raise taxes, kill jobs and drive a government-sized wedge between patients and their doctors," Gleason said. "At a time when Pennsylvanians are struggling to make ends meet, Pennsylvania Democrats are showing yet again that they care little about fiscal responsibility or the fact that this bill will add $4 billion to the national deficit in the first year alone!
"While our Republican gubernatorial candidate and Attorney General Tom Corbett is fighting this unconstitutional piece of legislation, his Democratic challengers are endorsing it as good policy.
"Pennsylvanians don't want to elect a candidate who will run our state like extreme liberal Nancy Pelosi. We need to elect a leader who will look out for the best interests of the Pennsylvania taxpayer.
