Who can honestly say they wouldn't have done the same thing if they were in this woman's position?

CHESTER — Luck has run out for a casino gambler who allegedly returned over and over again to a voucher machine that was spitting out $100 bills instead of $1 bills, authorities said Thursday.
The 53-year-old Norristown woman, who was not named in a Pennsylvania State Police press release issued Thursday, has been charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
The woman is charged with stealing $22,000 from the casino.

Maybe those State police ought to investigate two Montco commissioners with unlawful taking or disposition.
