Despite $4 billion in deficit spending over the past two years, Pennsylvania House Democrats want to increase state spending by another $1 billion for the fiscal year starting July 1. They just can't help themselves.
It's up to voters to end the madness by rejecting the tax-and-spend policies of Ed Rendell and his doormat Dems in the Legislature.
