Where's the transparency Obama promised?

Where's the transparency candidate Barack Obama promised on health care reform? Just another broken promise by the most secretive, most corrupt administration ever.

From a post by Terry Hurlbut at Essex County Conservative Examiner:
Brian P. Lamb, Chairman and CEO of C-SPAN, sent the letter December 30, addressed to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA-8), House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH-8), and Senate Democratic and Republican Leaders Harry Reid (D-NV) and Mitch McConnell (R-KY). This letter read in part:
"President Obama, Senate and House leaders, many of your rank-and-file members, and the nation's editorial pages[,] have all talked about the value of transparent discussions on reforming the nation's health care system. Now that the process moves to the critical stage of reconciliation between the Chambers, we respectfully request that you allow the public full access, through television, to legislation that will affect the lives of every single American."

Of course, this will not happen and Brian Lamb will find no favor with President Obama, and particularly not with Rahm Emanuel, who is the ultimate speaker and majority leader.

I can see Lamb's White House summons winging its way this minute.

Now, will the follow-up be Lamb opining about the rejection on C-SPAN? It should be.
