Talk about a sound sleeper.
A Montgomery County man was sentenced to jail after admitting "indecent contact" with a female friend while she slept.
Assistant District Attorney James Zoll sought jail time against the man, who apparently admitted the contact after having a guilty conscience over the incident.
"The victim never knew this happened, however, the defendant, who was a friend at the time, had a guilty conscience and decided to tell her," said Zoll.
