While neighboring Montgomery County is facing a fiscal crisis under the leadership of Democrat Joe Hoeffel and RINO Jim Matthews, Berks County is able to balance its budget without a tax increase thanks to the leadership of Republican county commissioners Mark Scott and Christian Leinbach.

County blue collar workers are laid-off while the crony & incompetent positions doled out by the Huffster & his lap dog Matty go untouched. Dems., I talked to justify it with "that's politics". I say "that's what is wrong with Montco's budget"
