Berks County Democrats were predicting victory in two row office contests, but ended up losing both the county treasurer and prothonotary races. Can't wait to see the final campaign reports. I believe the Democrats outspent the Republicans in both contests. With no Ed Rendell or Barack Obama at the top of the ticket, look for a long dry spell for Democrats in Berks County.
