GOP welfare reform could save $100 million annually

Pennsylvania House Republicans have introduced legislation to save $100 million in welfare spending, but passage of the bill is iffy because House Democrats and Gov. Ed Rendell have presided over the largest increase in welfare spending of any state in the nation.
