Rep. Pitts on mismanagement of U.S. aid to Afghanistan, Pakistan

Today Rep. Joe Pitts (PA-16) took to the floor to call for better management of U.S. aid programs to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Corruption in these programs has allowed the Taliban to use aid to fight their insurgency against Afghan and Coalition forces.
