The annual list of most popular names for babies has been released. So much for hope and change: Just 69 boys born in 2009 were named Barack, making it the 1,993rd most popular name for boys. That's up from No. 2,424 the year before. And judging from the disaster the Obama presidency has been so far, those 69 kids may want to change their names when they grow up.
